SLCF PROGRAMS

Group Classes

1 hour class where a CrossFit trainer will take you through a dynamic warm-up, teach you skills and progressions, and lead you through the day’s workout. Group classes are capped at 10 students and you’re guaranteed to get personal attention from the trainer every class you take.Choose a Class and Reserve a Space

Open Gym

Open gym is every weekday from 1:00 – 4:00 and Sundays from 12:00 – 2:00. Come in and work on individual skills, build strength, or make up a previous missed workout. A trainer will be present but unavailable for individual training at this time. Contact us if you are interested in personal training.

Elements

This is where we start all athletes that are new to CrossFit. During these classes you will learn how to safely perform the weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning movements that you will encounter in a class. See the Get Started page for more information.

Nutrition Counseling

We go over the basics of nutrition during the Elements course, but most people need additional guidance and support in order to develop positive life-long nutrition habits. Our in-house nutrition counseling goes all the way from analysis to meal programming to weekly accountability check-ins.
