Over the last year I made a commitment to myself to work out at least 3 or more days a week and to eat healthier. In March 2015 I joined Sloans Lake Crossfit. Haven asked me for a 1 month commitment, and I haven’t looked back! I went from 230lbs, unhappy, and unmotivated to 203lbs and confident. I love that I have such a supportive wife and community around me. Thanks Sloans Lake Crossfit for showing me that everyone can turn a bad situation into a good one. With a community that holds you accountable and is motivating and supportive, life change can happen! All it takes is you trying!Phil M.
